For over ten years, Yevheniia Nikolenko taught English inside some of the leading educational institutions. Over the past year, that experience became something else: an educational hub of her own, built on a simple conviction — that a child's personality shouldn't get lost behind the program.

Yevheniia Nikolenko is an English-language teaching expert and methodologist with more than ten years of experience, and, over the past year, the founder of an innovative educational hub. Drawing on her decade of work in leading educational centers, she has been transforming approaches to teaching by integrating CLIL methodology with elements of neurophysiology.

Her path to building her own hub didn't start in an office, but in a moment of recognizing a professional limit. After ten years of teaching, she came to understand something essential: large educational systems often turn learning into a "transmission of information," where a child's individuality gets lost behind the program. She kept sensing that the real magic of pedagogy — the moment a child begins to think in English — needed a different kind of space: one with less stress, more trust, where language becomes a tool for understanding the world rather than just another subject on the schedule.

"What should education be like, in order to unlock?"

That question became the starting point for her hub. Nikolenko wants to show readers that an educational hub isn't just a place for lessons, but a "third place" — after home and school — where a child has room to develop without the pressure of the formal system. It's the story of how her vision, building a quality local ecosystem, grew into a real space bringing together children, parents, and modern educational technologies.
